When you hire me to credential your group, I handle the entire process from start to finish:
✨ Group Setup
- • Verify or obtain your Type 2 NPI (for your LLC/PLLC or group entity)
- • Create or update your CAQH profile for the group
- • Collect and organize required documents (W-9, business license, malpractice insurance, etc.)
- • Prepare a provider roster (LMHC + LPs under supervision)
✨ Payer Applications
- • Complete and submit applications for each selected insurance payer
- • Ensure the group entity is correctly linked to your rendering provider(s)
- • Submit all supplemental forms and documentation as requested
✨ Follow-Up & Confirmation
- • Track application status with each payer
- • Respond to payer requests or additional forms
- • Confirm effective dates and communicate approvals to you
Flat Rate (Discounted for Bundles):
- • 1 Payer: $450
- • 2 Payers: $850 (save $50)
- • 3 Payers: $1,200 (save $150)
- • 4 Payers: $1,500 (save $300)
